FIXED AND DILATED PUPILS

This is the sentence that I hate the most whenever I get to the trauma bay. That means that something potentially fatal is happening in the brain of the patient. I feel as if death were laughing at my face. I really hate it. A low systolic blood pressure can be inconvenient, but I have tools to help me in the battle. A low Sat  can be tough but there are many thing that I can do to fix it. A FAST positive with HD instability, no worries, we have the MTP & the OR ready.

But, When everything is fine except por the GSC of 3 and the bloody fixed and dilated pupils... Oh my Gosh! I really hate this moment. I hope some day I will have something to fight against it.
